复合式快速排气阀它必须设有两孔一大一小，大孔与通径孔基本相同，管道***通水有大量气体往外排，这些气体是从大孔排出。当气体排完后，大孔停止排气，管道在正常运转时，管内自然会产生负压。管内需要大量空气，浮球顺水下降，打开小孔带动大孔进行大量的进气确保管道安全。

进口复合式快速排气阀工作原理 Working principle
当管内开始注水时，阀瓣开启，开始大量排气，当空气排完时，阀内充满水，浮球上升并带动阀瓣关闭，停止排气。当管内正常输送时，如有少量空气聚集在阀内到相当程度，阀内水位下降，浮球随之下降，此时空气由小孔排出。当水泵停止时，管内水流空或遇管内产生负压，此时塞头迅速开启，吸入空气，确保管线安全。
典型应用及安装要求--
1.复合式排气阀用于管路上的点或有闭气的地方和泵浦出口处。来排除管内的气体来疏通管道，使管道达到正常工作，如不装排气阀，管道随时出现气阻，使管道出水容量达不到设计要求。
2.其次：管道在运转时出现停电，停泵管道及时出现负压力会引起管道振动或破裂，排、进气阀就是迅速把空气吸入管内，防止管道振动或破裂。
排气阀在使用过程中压力不能低于0.02Mpa，如低于0.02Mpa排气阀容易漏水，该阀必须配一只阀门作为检修用。
