法兰式双瓣止回阀避免了在阀瓣开启时所出现的密封表面磨损现象，消除了部件的磨损，增加了阀门密封的持久性。当流速减缓，在扭转弹簧反作用力的作用下，使得阀瓣逐渐向阀座靠近，阀门进入了慢关闭阶段。但流通倒流时，在倒流流体对阀瓣的作用力和扭转弹簧反作用力的共同作用下，阀瓣的关闭相应地随之加大，进入快速关闭阶段。这有效地较小水锤现象的影响，降低水击的危害。在关闭时，弹簧力作用点的作用使得阀瓣***首先关闭。这防止了阀瓣根部出现咬模现象，使得阀门密封面能够有较长的使用寿命。The flange type double disc check valve avoids the sealing surface wear phenomenon that occurs when the valve disc is opened, eliminates component wear, and increases the durability of the valve seal. This effectively reduces the impact of water hammer phenomenon and reduces the harm of water hammer. When closing, the action of the spring force point causes the top of the valve disc to close first. This prevents mold bite at the root of the valve disc, allowing the valve sealing surface to have a longer service life.
